An original script by TYR's Tyler Null was brought to the stage in our All-XP summer camp in 2015. This comedic musical take on Sherlock Holmes featured the legendary detective enduring a sort of boredom after having put away most of London's underworld. A celebrity of the first order due to the popular novels written by his friend Dr. John Watson, Sherlock discovers that success has its problems as the public loses interest without a worthwhile villain for the great detective. And so Sherlock and his griends search for a worthwhile mystery on which to expend their energies, without really asking if that's a good idea . . . A cast of 32 elicited laughs, cheers, and more than a few gasps for four performances at the Alameda High Little Theater. Audiences were kept on the edge of their seats right up until the climactic ending.
